  My mother was in the wedding and event business for nearly fifteen years in Griffin and has had multiple bad experiences with this local business. It was not until my own brother and sister-in-law's wedding that we personally felt the effects of this poorly operated business. The cake box was to deliver cupcakes and a small wedding cake. Although they delivered part of the order, they did not ensure that they had actually fulfilled the order. The caterer, a separate, professional individual counted the cupcakes as she placed them on the display to discover that they were missing almost 50 cupcakes. Guests did not get to share in this tradition because of this error. Furthermore when an invoice was requested and some form of compensation for the mistake, it was denied. Now they have the audacity to use my brother and sister-in-law's wedding photo as a cover photo and advertisement for their business.

  This place is so amazing, I hate cake, I hate icing, but this place makes it soooooo good and is now the 1st and only cake bakery I will EVER eat at again!

  The cake box made the cake and cupcakes for our wedding. They delivered the cake and cupcakes and shorted us almost 50 cupcakes. However they denied doing this even though our caterer counted them shortly after they were delivered. No refund! It takes a special kind of person to rip off people on their wedding day!!
